Cancellation must be made directly with the hotel 5 days in advance of check-in to avoid penalties.

Refund Policy: Notify the IFFCBANO office in writing or by telephone by May 15th for a full refund of your registration fee. No refunds after May 15th. Please note: NO SHOWS will be invoiced.
